Fit ok and looks great, but it doesn't breathe very well. Sitting in a meeting at 70° and was sweating like a race horse. I might have to get something a little lighter if it warms up and I have to be outside working in it.

I live in a fire prone area and often run a chainsaw and other equipment. I want to be seen and safe. This shirt is purpose made and fits the bill as described. This isn't one of those assembly line pieces of cheap clothing that we see so much of today. There were no strings to pull from the seams. All seams were complete and clean. The right breast pocket even has the cutout for a pen in the top of the pocket flap which is a great detail that I have appreciated in other uniform quality clothing. I washed this item to see the results. Even though this item is cotton, there was minimum shrinkage. I got a L (large) size. I am tall and slim, so the sleeves were slightly short on me. That is as it should be as my build is not average. This is very specifically an average large and fits specifically as advertised and as expected. If you check the sizing availability, there are a lot of options for all body types. I would expect those variations to be as advertised too based upon my experience here. To use this shirt as a uniform, I would need to iron it slightly after washing probably with a cool iron while the shirt is still damp. Best thing would be to get it dry cleaned and pressed if one really needs to look sharp in this shirt. I plan on working in it and really put it to the test. It's a nice heavy material. I expect that it will hold up well. It will give me some peace of mind around hot equipment and possible fire sources. I can be seen if I'm working on a site or around moving equipment. I really like it!UPDATE: Now I've gotten to use this shirt in some pretty tough situations. I used it while running a chainsaw in heavy brush. I used the shirt to protect my arms while feeding limbs into a shredder. The shirt did a great job protecting me and my skin from the sharp branches. I have found no snags in the material at all. The shirt is also very stain resistant and still looks good even with all the dust flying back from the shredder. At first, I wasn't sure about this jacket. It was stiff and I didn't think I would like wearing it. It softened up some after use and it ended up being just fine. I wear it when cutting metal with my cut-off blades. The grinder always shoots sparks all over me and burns my arms. I no longer suffer these annoying burns. It is a good jacket that does its job and is comfortable after all. The stitching and seams appear to be quality, this jacket should last me a long time. It fits really nicely and I am happy with it.

This shirt has shown its value during tree cutting. The sturdy material protects my chest and arms from nicks and abrasion much better than my old cotton shirts. Certain contracts I have require me to wear reflective gear. The reflective stripes save me from having to wear a reflective vest that can get in the way during work and can add a hot layer of clothing in the summer.

The shirts are nice but the wrists were really small. I tried a size up but the shirt was too big and the wrists are just as tight. Other than the wrists being too tight the shirt is nice.
