Mr. Men Little Miss Advent Calendar: Storybook collection containing 24 brilliantly funny illustrated kids books to count down to Christmas 2024

Bought for a 7 years old who heard a story of Mr Men in the Library.He loved this Advent calendar and read a book a day.Then I bought the Mr Men collection and Little Miss collection books. Child became addict to read with them and enjoy reading one hour a day since that when before child didn't like to read.I bought it last year and we used it again this year and we will use it on the next years for brother and sister.Stories are well written in a very good English.Little books perfect for children hands and like that they think they don't read a lot when the truth is that stories are long.Small characters but not a problem for children with a good view.I bought others book advent calendars but this one is my favorite one as you don't need to cut to open the doors.I like that numbers are in the right order too.You can tidy up easily the books in the right pocket and if you take car of the books, you can sell it in the future like new.But in my case I will keep it for children and In the future for grand children.Price is less than 1.- a book. For me, really not expensive because give to a child the love to read is never so expensive.Thank you to the authors and the nice idea to have done an advent calendar with new stories who are not in the full classic collection like it could be with some others advent book calendars...

This is the best advent calendar I have ever perchance!! There is a different story book every day. No colouring books like others I've bought! To add to the amazingness of this.... I can use it year after year! And when my daughter is too old, I can pass it on! The books are quite small and so the writing is small, once you're on day 2-3, you get passed it lol.

The advent calendar was a lovely idea, especially as an avid Mr Men, Little Miss books fan .. the large book format housing 24 little books each in its own pocket, is beautiful but I was hugely disappointed to find the books inside the 24 pockets are very small.. the mobile phone and remote are for scale. As the books are so small the print to these full length stories is tiny.. very hard to read. Will sadly be returning this.

My 4 year old son absolutely loved this calendar to the point he consistently asked for it before his chocolate advent calendar. Fabulous little books that actually contain whole Mr men stories, and no repeats! Fantastic value for money.

The advent was lovley it's hard back and a lovley cover on it to keep book nice ... I bought for my grandchild it's worth the money ..

A good alternative to chocolate calendars, it looks very nice so would be a nice gift but the text in the books is very small so some might struggle to read
