The rocks in my condensate trap were done and needed replacement. These are far better priced than those in stores and so far they work great. The 3.3 lb bag has enough for two full replacements in the condensate trap for my boiler.

Before attempting to put the pellets into our neutralizer, we collected about 50 ml of condensate and placed four pellets in our beaker. The condensate pH was 5 according to our Hydrion pH paper. After stirring for a brief moment the pH was 6. A few minutes later, it was 7. The stones left in our 8 year old neutralizer aren't the ones that neutralize like those that are gone, but they prevented the pellets from coming out the other end while we dropped the pellets into the neutralizer one at a time. A few minutes later, the neutralizer is reinstalled. We felt it was unnecessary to fill it up. About an hour later, the water in the condensate pump was about pH 6. A few hours later, it was pH 7. We call that a win for $30 and still have a ton of pellets left.

I just need to replace it every 6 months

Easy to install in tube, good value for the money. Has been performing like the original manufacturers brand.

Had to take neutralizer out of tankless water heater clean it out put new pellets in and reset Richmond water heater had To hit minus and maximum in PC board to reset nothing on YouTube about that, That’s your update
