Smaller bottle is designed for sleep
The smaller bottle with melatonin works WONDERS for sleep. The bigger bottle without melatonin also helps with sleep, but only to calm your nerves. I recommend the melatonin ones especially for sleep

Relieves anxiety quickly!
Always make sure your get ashwagandha is-66! It may be a bit pricier than regular ashwagandha, but jam-66 absorbs better and is more concentrated. Whenever I’m feeling anxious, these capsules have me feeling calm in no time. Great quality, easy to swallow, and all natural ingredients. If you are perimenopausal and suffering from anxiety, I highly recommend these.

Good for a better health!
This item has been a great help for my wife and I. We have been using it for a few months now and has been a game changer in our energy and strength. May not notice any change in the first month but for sure in the second one. I use it every day, 1 in the morning and the second one, 1 hour before bed time! 👍💪
