Good tuna in olive oil, good price for bulk, so far
So far, this has been a great deal. The tuna doesn't take up too much space and it's great to have this particular kind in olive oil - yellowfin which has less mercury than other kinds maybe because it's smaller or because of because of where it is fished. Sometimes I just eat it plain because it's very delicious in Olive oil.

Much better taste and great health benefits…
I prefer the taste of Yellowfin in Olive Oil, both great benefits for the body, instead of regular tuna in water. Just a premium tuna for me after talking to my cardiologist.

Excellent canned tuna chunk.
Excellent tuna. Buy it now before the tariffs hit. This is the only brand of canned tuna I ever buy. I love their oils used.

All the tuna in my order of July 2025 came from El Salvador -- NOT THAILAND.
I have eaten and enjoyed this Genova brand of tuna for many years, but I stopped consuming ALL tuna that came from the Pacific ocean after the Fukushima nuclear disaster in 2011.Credible reports I have studied lately, however, suggest that the farther away from Japan the fish are harvested, and with "Yellowfin" and "Skipjack" tuna in particular, the less likelihood that there are damaging amounts of nuclear toxicity in the tuna. That said, this Genova tuna page at amazon clearly states that the Yellowfin tuna is from THAILAND, but, when I examined the bottom of each of the eight cans in my order, every one of them stated that the country of origin was, EL SALVADOR! I've decided to keep the tuna, even though it was clearly mislabeled! It's a very long way from Fukushima to the waters of Central America. So, I gave the rating of four-stars -- not because of anything about the tuna itself, but because somebody at Genova, or at amazon, or at BOTH, didn't provide the correct information!

Best way to have can tune, packed in olive oil
Great taste, and great price. Easy to open and most healthy content as they are packed with olive oil.
