Yuba Spicy Curry - Bosch Cargo Line
I haven't tested it lately. But It worked on my old Yuba Spicy Curry! I just never got to adding my review. At first I thought it would be failure until I biked downhill past 25mph and I could hear the device operating. I was able to maintain speed past 15mph finally. The low speed cut out was a gripe that had with my e-Bike, The device would shut down after 15mph. Now it is no longer an issue. The Yuba was purchased around 2022 I believe

Easy installation and it does take away the limit of 32km/h but I wish that the assistance would continue after 40-45. It’s difficult to keerhat speed without the assistance.

This did NOT fit 4th Gen Bosch Performance Line CX motor connections
This did NOT fit 4th Gen Bosch Performance Line CX motor connections. Why? Speedbox 3.0 comes with two rectangular connectors. My motor has 3 circular connectors. What happened: I read *many* blogs and got a lot of feedback about using the chip. Some people expressed problems with errors codes and the Bosch Smart System detecting the chip and putting the bike into limp mode (aka No Power Assist for 90 minutes of riding before it turns the motor back on). I decided to take the risk, purchased the Speedbox, and when I took off the plastic guards on the Bosch motor, I was surprised to find that my new 2022 eMTB (Cannondale Moterra Neo Carbon 2 - high end, from a dealer, completed factory stock) had circular connections into the motor drive unit. The rectangular connectors provided didn't fit and I immediately returned this $200 chip (after taxes, $188 before taxes).

Fonctionne parfaitement, plus de bloquage à 25, sympa pour faire du 30-35 et pouvoir relancer en descente. Super facile à poser 10minutes maxi. Apporte plus de flexibilité mais ne vous attendez pas à avoir plus de puissance. Pratique juste un bouton à presser pour remettre le bridage en cas de près du vélo…
