I bought this item on a whim, as I have recently started using clear protein whey as part of a diet plan set up by my doctor. I hate using shaker bottles with thos funny metal mixing balls in, and was hoping for a passable alternative. I mainly settled on this bottle because I liked the colour and it looked practical. I was not expecting it to be as good as it is, and I am definitely happy with my purchase.The bottle base is rechargable, and the battery lasts around 2 weeks of daily use. I make at least one shake a day, and it mixes the whey perfectly without any clumps. It does make noise, but it's not as loud as I expected and because it mixes quickly you don't have to listen to it for very long. The lid and the bottle are machine washable (the base isn't, but it's easy to clean) and the seal on the spout is tight so it doesn't leak if I decide to take it out and about. Overall, it's made making these shakes a lot easier and that is helping me to keep to my diet plan. It's probably the best bit of health-related kit I've bought, and is well worth the price in my opinion.

Great idea but battery doesn't last very long and always have one side that my powder sticks too. Very noisy. Easy to clean. No leaks

Does a decent job of mixing protein powder. No lumps. Not so powerful that I even bother with the lid which is actually a good thing (no more than 250ml). 250 ml liquid, scoop of protein powder, push the button and it stops automatically. A quick rinse under the tap is usually all that's required and then it's ready for next time. I only keep this in the kitchen as a substitute for a blender. It's a mixer, not a blender, and it does a decent job. Just make sure the base is screwed on well to avoid leaks.

This is 21st century living, ine of amazons best little finds to date. It fully works, perfectly smooth in 20 seconds. Even when I weighed it heavy.Works like a dream, cheap and saves space for a full on blender.

Had it just over a month now, worked brilliant , kept charge well. Now I’m having to charge it after every 2 uses. So every day really as I use it twice per day. Fed up with that.

I took delivery of my shaker in January of this year and was really impressed by it. It feels quality and blitzes my protein shakes brilliantly and so easily so I was understandably gutted when the motor stopped working after 4 months. However, I have never had such amazing customer service in my life! Judith in customer service was outstanding. I emailed the team yesterday and after a few exchanges I'm expecting a new shaker delivered today. Cannot recommend the product or customer service team enough. I shall definitely be buying these products again.

It worked really well for the first few weeks but has now started to randomly turning on by itself? Really unsure why? Maybe the manufacturer will help answer this. Reaching out to them now.Update 16/3/25. Upped my review from 3 to 5 stars because of the superb customer service. As soon as they saw the review they reached out and replaced the item without any quibbles. This just gives you so much confidence in a company. Things can go wrong but when they get fixed without any hassle it just makes things easier all round. Well done Voltrx-UK
