This Curlsmith hairspray works as advertised. It offers a flexible hold and does not make your hair sticky or dry. This is an excellent hair spray and I also use it when my curly hair is wet to speed up drying time. I do wish it were not so expensive. However it is a large can and should last for awhile.

Gives hair dry texture
The product applies and holds nicely, but it makes my hair feel so dry, that I can’t stand the texture of it. Also not the type of hairspray you can apply and still run your fingers through it, which is disappointing. It’s a lot of money for something that makes my hair feel that terrible.

Did not meet expectations
Maybe my expectations were set too high for this Flexible Hold spray. I had heard and read so many good things about this hairspray. The hairspray is okay for hold but not volume. However, this spray is no better than a drug store brand and only forms clumpy hair that can't be untangled. I am unable to refresh my hair the next day because of all the knots and stiffness it creates. At least my drug store hairspray I can easily brush out but with the CurlSmith brand my only good option is to wash my hair. A big disappointment but giving it two stars because of the hold.
