Worked like a charm
This strip fixed the leak on my 2016 Sierra. The cowling trim between the hood and windshield was worn out and no longer flexible. I just put it on the top of the cowling trim so the adhesive stuck to the windshield. No more leak.

Worked well at 1st
I really thought using this product was really easy and at first application it all went on pretty well with no issues after about 2 or 3 weeks I do live in Arizona but it wasn't really all that hot nothing more than over like mid 80s I noticed that when I was driving the seals kept coming off just from the wind and itself so maybe the adhesion part or the 3M tape needs to be upgraded other than that it worked okay I would think it'd be fine for side windows and rear windows just for the windshield along the side channels I don't think that really works well around the A pillars

Soft flexible rubber strip with decent adhesive
I used this to seal up the edge where the "collar" at the bottom of my windshield meets the glass. After 15 years it had shrunk a bit, cracked, and come away leaving a gap. The new strip was nice and soft and it was pretty easy to get it to bend with the arc of the collar.I found the best way to install it was to slip it over the edge from one end all the way to the other then cut it to length. With it all in place, I took a few alcohol squares I had in my medicine cabinet and wiped clean the glass underneath the length of the collar where the adhesive was going to have to stick to it. Then I peeled an inch or two of the plastic protective film over the adhesive off, pressed that in place and slowly pulled the rest off pressing it in place every couple of inches and making sure I wasn't pulling the rubber off the lip as I went. Hopefully you can kind of visualize what I mean by that, but all in all it wasn't all that difficult and it came out looking pretty good. Hopefully it stays adhered and lasts another 15 years for me.

Not strong adhesive
Not as strong as it says in description. Doesn't seal flush to window or even at all. Tried to put this on and followed directions. It did not Stick no matter how much I pushed and held. You will need your own silicone adhesive if you wanted to use this item.
