Really works
Easy too put key into. We have a thicker than average key, so found most 'key opening assisters' hopeless, either too narrow for the key, or one was too large for a pocket! These work well. Only just got them, so time will tell how long they last. I can finally open my new composite front door, without having help. Added 06/08/24 If I could do more than five stars, I would. Excellent product. So easy too use, and my thicker than normal keys, still securely in there, have one on all my keys. Better than anything I have used before.

Excellent
Excellent key turner. Due to arthritis in my fingers I am unable to give sufficient leverage to turn the key in the lock. With this key turner I can now do this more easily. I thoroughly recommend this product.Excellent value. Fast delivery

Keybwings
Keys wobble a bit inside the wing. Could do with some fixture that holds the key still in place.

Key Turner
Had a new door fitted which uses a thicker than usual key. Wanted something to help open the lock. Tried these. Found that with the sticky tape in place and key in position I could not close the flap. Removed tape and it fitted ok. Slightly lose and a bit worried that flap could open and key get lost. Seems pretty secure though and it definately make opening door easier.

Far too big for the key
This is so big that not much of the Yale key shows. It’s cheap plastic and even with my arthritic hands , it’s far too big and bulky. More awkward using this to open the door. Whole lot going in the bin. I wouldn’t even give it a one star. 👎👎👎

We'll see
Bought these for an octogenarian with arthritis and tiny keys. WD40'd the locks and attached the key inside using the adhesive pads attached. Felt sturdy enough. Cheaper than pulling the lock and taking it apart.

Brilliant, very easy to use.
I bought these as the first type I bought proved to be very unsatisfactory and getting my keys into them caused me days of pain. These are brilliant.I have a genetic muscle wasting disorder and bad muscle wastage.Very easy to use, so easy I was surprised but very happy.Disabled people want to be independent as much as possible. These allowed me that independence. It makes using the door key much easier because the unit is better designed. The only thing that I would change in the future is from the hard plastic to something softer but it's not a problem, after all, how often do we need to open a door.

Clunky--But Works!
My mother LOVES these. She has severe arthritis and struggles to grip small items. These "wings" or "ears" on our house keys make a huge difference. Putting more than one on a keychain does make it a bit clunky as in the photo. I had to remove the keychain to make room, but the different colors make distinguishing the keys easy.Note that attaching them is NOT that easy. At first, the key no longer fit the lock. Only after wiggling the wing as far over the key as it can go, over the notch before the serrated section, will the key work in the lock. My mother could not have attached these, thus 4, not 5 stars.

Poor design made trying to open door extra painful
The media could not be loaded. The key, which you can see, is a large key, wobbles so much in the key case/tool that you cannot get any purchase when trying to turn it in the lock. The key shank fit into the door, bit it would just wobble back and forth when the wings were turned. This turned out to be an extra painful experiment. I had my office colleague try to get my office door open with it (she doesn't have arthritis and is 25 years old), same thing for her. The only way to get into my office was to PRY the key case off my key and use the key the old fashioned way... The case locked onto the key so tightly the only way to get it off (my 25 year old colleague again) was to use a screwdriver. Disappointing.

Don’t buy
Bought this because I have limited mobility and I thought these would help but they actually made things way worse. I had someone help me to see if it was just my grip strength, but no they tried and the actually broke in half from trying to turn it and still wouldn’t turn!!
