It mixes model paint great
It’s a little noisy, but it mixes his model paint really good and my husband really likes it. It comes with a little straps to where the paint don’t come off . It comes with a little straps to where the paint don’t come off while it shakes the paint up.

love this thing!!🙂 I use it to shake my 17ml acrylic paints for my miniatures and it works!I do have the metal balls in the paint and I move the thing all around when it shakes so it mixes all over and yes it makes noise but its a great little mixer!never had one before so I can't compare? but this one works for me. the strap holds the paint and shakes it side to side!!

Feels very much like a gadget someone made in their garage with old Radio Shack parts.
Imagine twisting your wrist a little to the left, then a little to the right, 3200 times a minute, that's basically what this device does. It's loud, it shakes the table, it pops itself off the suction cups, but it works, eventually. Using a small metal bearing in the bottle is recommended. So far I've used it with 3 different types of bottles, even the little fat Vallejo Metals bottles, and the straps can secure all of them to the black, uh, twisting protuberance? It mixes the paint well enough, I think you're supposed to leave the bottle on there for a minute or two, but frankly the noise is maddening. And you have to hold it down the entire time because the suction cups don't keep it in place, so you may have to rig some kind of straps to your table to hold it down. Also, it doesn't feel robust, I feel like it's going to break if I leave it on for over 2-3 minutes. The manual says you can leave it on for longer, so I'll test that in the day time so I won't get murdered by drowsy neighbors at night.

A little loud but it works
Not bad. The suction cup feet on the bottom do little to nothing. It is pretty loud and moves quite a bit - so perhaps putting a weight or finding a way to connect it firmly to a surface may be needed. I use it for mixing my hobby paints - need to put it on for maybe a minute with a paint-mixing ball and they're good. A nice and very compact shaker for my miniature paints.

Works great on the small bottles of paint.
The suction cups on the bottom do not hole it in place, but the shaker does mix up the paint very will. I tried it on Floquil paint the I have had for years and it mixed it up fine. I think that it was well worth the $23 that I paid for it.

Very rugged and durable !!
This is fantastic for stirring up those small hobby paint bottles like Testors. It works very well, just press your finger down on the housing while it mixes and all the energy will be directed to the paint bottle and it will be perfect in less than 60 seconds !!!

MUCH BETTER than expected
Tamiya, Revell, Mission Models, HATAKA, Alclad and Testors products all fit. This shaker has changed my modeling experience and ability. Put your Stynylrez primer in it for 3-5 minutes and you won’t believe the difference in applying it.

Broke 2 minutes into use
Bought this knowing it was cheap quality, but thought I'd give it a go. Broke on the first attempt to use it. Thankfully a washer and a new screw fixed it and it is usable now, but definitely not worth the money.
