Cameron's CoffeeRoasted Whole Bean Coffee, Flavored, Decaf Vanilla Hazelnut, 4 Pound

I so unhappy right now. I wanted to try this new vanilla hazelnut coffee from Cameron’s. This code has a lot of good reviews and I was looking for something new to try. But when I opened the box, there was zero vacuum packing ( vacuum packing helps keep the coffee as fresh for as long as possible. Usually at least a year if kept air tight, though I’m sure you knew that😉). The box shipping box nor the bag the beans came in had any signs of damage (the bag was wrinkled quite a bit, but couldn’t find even one whole). Which leaves only one conculsion, the air seepage is in the sealed edges somewhere, which means it left the factory that way. I’m really disappointed because when I was alerted it was coming today, I didn’t buy more (I was completely out) when I went shopping this morning plus I was looking forward to trying it out. I’m contacting the seller and will update you if anything changes.***************** Update from same day ****************I tried to do a return, however because it’s perishable, a non returnable. However, Amazon is making it good by sending out a replacement and I should receive it by tomorrow. AAA for customer service and speedy resolutions. Just took this rating from 1⭐️ to 3⭐️****************** Update to Update *********************I received my replacement bag of whole coffee beans faster than my original order and without any hassle. The bag is still not vacuum packed which gives me cause to be concerned about the freshness of the beans and taste. However, since they didn’t require the beans back, I have plenty of beans to test when I’m out of what I bought waiting on the replacement.I must admit, I’m pulling for this company and the freshness of the brands because their customer service and second to none. With that kind of integrity, I truly want them to succeed (plus I’d love to buy from a company like this for all future coffee purchases).

I didn’t realize it was whole bean so I had to buy a coffee grinder but I absolutely love Cameron’s decaf vanilla hazelnut because it has the most flavor of any decaf coffee I’ve ever had. Grinding the whole beans has an even stronger flavor and I love it. This stuff is great and it’s a wonderful deal and I’m so happy.

I accidentally bought the 4lb bag of vanilla hazelnut, thinking it was gonna be a small amount of coffee, nope. I opened the bag and smelled it. It smelled amazing and I was excited to try it. It did NOT disappoint. This is one of the smoothest coffees I've ever had. If you've ever had Nescafe coffee, it's literally about as smooth as that. Barely bitter at all, smooth, tastes amazing, and I got a ton of it. This is gonna last me literally forever and it was so cheap. HIGHLY recommended.

Arrived with the quickness. Fresh and looks amazing. Smells great. Grinds nicely. Brews beautifully. And most importantly, delicious.I used to get beans at Freddie's. They had 3 decaf choices. But they no longer carry bulk beans at all now I guess, so that left me 1 portafilter grind away from no latte. 😯 So, reluctant as I was, I went to Amazon to see what I could find. I ordered this coffee and it was here the next day. It smells good, looks amazing and tastes great. Highly recommend.
