Cheap quality in fit and finish.
Both the fans weren't working when received. And since I didn't have the patience to wait for a fresh piece. I decided to open the product and check for myself. Found that the neutral (black) wire had broken from the terminal. And the reason for this is that the wire is very short.I had to add an extension in order for it to fit.Even the adapters sent has an indicator light on it which is dead making me think that the adapter is faulty. Which made tracing the issue a task. And as per rack mount 3U size, the holes don't match. I had to modify the holes.The fan speed is not fast, so if you need an extreme cooling solution, I would not recommend this product. For the price, it is not worth.
