I bought this for my husband. He is a 6'1" 230lb car mechanic and has been having bad back issues. He gets a stabbing pain in his low mid back. The brace helps relieve most of the pain. It has been giving him the right support which is making it bearable until he can get into a doctor. It's build quality is great. And he like it's adjustment ability. It's not to bulky and he has worn in under shirts that aren't tight.

I can't say enough about this product. I am so impressed with the quality and ease of putting it on and taking it off. The support is amazing and I feel like I'm 6" taller. :) Because this is made so well and at a reasonable price, I just ordered a second one, arriving Monday. The care instructions suggest hand washing and air drying. I wanted to have a spare during this process. I have worn this every day, all day, since I received it last Friday. I can put a camisole on, then the back brace, and then my top. So comfortable and not bulky under clothes. My balance has improved significantly and I was able to take my two dogs (170 lb total weight) out for a long walk, 2 days in a row so far, because I didn't feel like I was going to fall over. Highly recommend!!!

This is the best back brace I have ever owned. Fets well and does not roll up in front or back, I am a big guy, size XXL fit perfect.

The picture is a bit misleading, I'll be honest. I thought this would be much easier to wear under my trousers & t-shirt, but the bulk of the item just simply won't allow for this, which ends up being extremely restrictive. As a result, I've not been able to spend a great deal of time wearing this, but the time I did wear it under my PJ's, the warming and supportive effect was relieving and my posture was slightly corrected to further aid the issue.If I discover and easier way to use this, I will update this review.

This back brace is well-designed and well-made. Although it is quite restrictive, it is comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. It is easy to get the fit just right.I wear the brace whilst sitting on a chair, working. It helps to maintain good body posture, and my back feels the benefit by the end of the day. I intend to start back-strengthening exercises and I am sure this will help with that too.

This back brace gives good support and is very comfortable when standing however when sitting the hard top edge digs painfully into my lower rib cage. Maybe I had it on too tight or maybe I need a bit more meat on my bones but it just wasn't comfortable for me when sitting down.Do I recommend it? Not for me but YMMV.

Highly recommend this back support. Gives support without restricted movement which allowed me to continue working, unlike prervious ones I have tried.The support is fully adjustable by using the velcro straps - once on and set up with the desired firmness, this is quite comfortable to wear.
