HBTower Step Ladder with Handrails, 3 Step Ladder with Attachable Tool Bag

Very stable. Love the grippy handles. It is very easy to use. Might be a little heavy, but not too bad. I shopped many listings and thought that this one looked sturdy and was priced right. Would definitely recommend.for anyone looking for a ladder that feels comfortable to use. Even my husband likes it and says that it is substantial.

It is a solid, well-built ladder, which has a very stable stance. The wide steps and large tray are great. It was well packed and very easy to attach the handrails. The ladder is high quality and is well worth the price.

Such a wise decision to buy this ladder. I have put it to good use and I've only had it for 2 days! Extremely stable. I love the side handles, the wider steps plus and shorter distance between steps. I am a 74 year old widowed female who is 4'11" tall. This ladder makes me feel stable and secure when doing higher things like replacing the battery on the smoke alarms, washing the tops of windows, washing the ceiling air vents, dusting the upper reaches of the walls. Easy to put together. Folds and stores very easily. Absolutely made for me.

This ladder is sort of easy to assemble if the instructions and parts were clear. When inserting the tray tool rail into the ladder rail I saw three holes. The two holes closest to the bottom were alike so I attached nails A & B to these holes. That caused the handrails to be misaligned. I contacted customer service via email and call but the person whom I could barely understood told me they will call me back. Never heard from them. I finally realized I need to use the top two holes to make the handrails fit. There were also washers included but not mention any use in the assembly. The ladder itself is heavy for me. it seems easy to open and fold. It does not seem very tall as the steps are not too far apart in height. I can reach the ceiling with step 3. I got a 5 step ladder because I like the tool tray and I like something in front of me so I don't feel I would fall over. It seems sturdy and of high quality. Maybe I can transport it with hand truck. This model is slightly lighter. When folded all steps align so it folds very flat. But the steps are not as big as my Cosco ladder.

I am 83 years old , obese, with bad knees. The hand rails make this a much easier ladder for me and I no longer need to hire a handy man just to change a light bulb. I am so glad I found this ladder. Also, very easy to put together. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the rubber grip at the very top is damaged so it did not come in perfect condition.

Extremely well packaged. Very sturdy & well made product. Checked many sites & this step ladder was always recommended. Side rails definitely give more security & safety. They do not fold in for storage but very secure. Not a lightweight step ladder but expected for the security it offers

I like the handles very safe feeling and the locking steps. Its not light but very sturdy and quality built. Best ladder ive ever iwned!

My previous 3-step ladders have been lightweight and a bit flimsy. Not confidence inspiring. My wife makes dozens of cross-stitch projects to be wall mounted and with this new ladder I just completed a 6 picture installation. It required measuring and marking the wall up to about 8 feet. This ladder provided a very sturdy, wide platform to work from. I like the extended upper rail that I can lightly lean against while standing on the top step. It also has a tool pouch which is handy if the tools fit. I wish one of those pockets was larger, able to hold something like a stud finder. Of course, snipping some threads between pockets can solve that issue. The side rails add support when climbing up with one hand full of tools. The padded side and top rails are a nice touch and add comfort. The legs are spread wider than 2 other step ladders I have which makes it more stable. Very happy with this ladder and I actually look forward to more use.

Love this ladder. I read a lot of negative reviews but it is light enough for practically anyone to pack around with ease all the parts line up perfectly and the bolts are very strong enough. People were saying the instructions were hard to follow but who needs instructions as it was so simple to put together without any instructions. This is a 5+ star ladder.

Justo lo que necesitaba por requerir mayor seguridad al usar una escalera. De excelente calidad, se ve resistente.
