Exactly as advertised. I used it to diagnose a problem with a computer tower my kid built. Sadly, one of the power supply rails is putting out low voltage and the computer will not boot. This is what i suspected, and this lovely, perfect, up-to-date, modern device confirmed my existing suspicion about the computer problem. Pop one in your toolbox or into your bench kit. Can't go wrong here and the price and shipping were just great.

OK so as others have noted it does come with large thick Chinese lettering under the LCD screen. It is built solid though. The plastic is thicker than you might expect.The laptop power port is only made for one type of cord. My Lenovo, Dell, Acer, and Toshiba could not plug into it. Best to stick to using a multi-meter for testing those.Overall it is good and does what it should with testing your typical desktop power supply.

It does what it does and that's it. When viewing the lcd must twist it to see better. It is what it is cheap but works. Connector does feel like it's gonna break.

Very cheap... hard to understand english.. feels like its breaking when you plug it in
