This was the first alpha GPC brand I got, and I'm glad I did because it set the standard for what this stuff actually feels like and is supposed to do, at only half the dosage (says to take two daily but I'm good to go with just one). It isn't necessarily a stimulant in the same vein as coffee, but it will increase your focus and engagement in whatever you're doing, like drawing, reading, or writing (I do all three and it helps with each).I got two other brands after this one just to experiment: Alpha Brain by Onnit, which was about half as effective but SUPER nausea inducing and had me in front of the toilet like I was about to vomit for some weird reason, and the 600mg powder form from Bulk Supplements, which just... didn't work, even at the full 600mg dosage - or maybe it did but the effect was way shorter? Not sure but the point is I didn't feel anything.Anyway, I made a mistake deviating from this brand and will be going back to it.

I bought this while researching brain fog and memory support, especially for test prep. I don’t take them daily, but when I do use them before studying or exams, I feel a noticeable shift in focus and alertness. It’s not a dramatic jolt , more like a clear-headed vibe that helps me stay on track. I’d love to see how they work consistently over time. I did have to contact customer service because there was a dosage discrepancy listed on the bottle, but they responded quickly and helped clear things up. I still take it and will likely repurchase once I’m out.

These have given me a great experience so far. I pair them with my pre workout and the head buzz I get is incredible. Almost instant mood boost and puts me in my happy place with tremendous focus. The quality seems great and I have not had any negative side effects as of yet. However I would not take these everyday but for when you need focus and mood boost they are great! They also aren’t big at all so they go down easy! Overall happy so far!

I've tried a lot of different brain boosting supplements, but this is one of the only ones that really make me feel locked in. If you feel like you want to get more deeply into you work or feel like you lack a little boost of something to help you get in a groove, this might be able to help. I always suggest doing research before consuming anything, and don't ever think a supplement can help solve solutions that are created by you. Bad habits, bad diet, bad self talk, and many other things like that, no supplement can fix those things, but they can benefit your ability to get more out of you time on this planet in conjunction with healthy lifestyle choices.

I've been taking these for yrs now, getting the large bottle and now at the same price they have cut the product in half for the same price as the large 1. ITS RIDICULOUS! Sorry but I was shocked and upset when I received the new bottle. And no I didn't realize the change on site because it's never been different. (I'm sorry for the negative post. I ordered the wrong thing).

This and CDP Choline are the best choline products to buy, in my experience, night and day.I personally take one Alpha and one CDP in the morning, and one each again at bedtime.I noticed within a day or two my concentration and body coordination improved markedly...(not memory for me though unfortunately 😕)One night however I took 2 of one, and 2 of the other, (4 total) just doubled the capsules, and within about 30 minutes my legs and arms began moving on their own, painlessly, funny at first, than began worsening...still no pain, but I literally was moving like I had cerebral palsy, I am not joking...I then remembered it was a cholinergic reaction, that causes involuntary muscle movements, that can potentially include heart and/or diaphragm, and be life threatening or fatal.I called 911 and they agreed it would be fine just drink water until it wears off..and it did within 2 hours...Summary? Get this product and/or CDP Choline if you want a very high quality choline product...(which also says something about this brand, their products work well and are great for budgets pricewise),BUT RESPECT IT!!!..Do not pop 3, 4, 10..it will not be pleasant...and can be life threatening.Finally, THIS IS NOT TELLING ANYONE TO DO THIS WITHOUT CHECKING WITH A DR. AND RESEARCHING FIRST...NOT LIABLE FOR INJURY FROM COPYING WHAT I DO WITHOUT CHECKING IT FIRST RESPONSIBLY WITH YOUR HEALTH CARE PROVIDER:I take with Acetyl-L-Carnitine, DMAE, and D3,I also intend to add Huperzine A...this company had all of these...it was explained this combo helps the brain make acetyl-choline, that helps switch us from fight or flight when there is no real danger (oversimplifying of course, please research).There are other supporting supplements also. One source has been several doctors, another is a book called "Stress Free for Life" Ra Un Nefer Amen.
