This is a lovely 50 piece puzzle with a range of dinosaurs and volcanoes. I made this puzzle with 4-5yr olds and they could make this puzzle independently of adults with each others support. The pictures are engaging and lovely quality. The edges of the puzzles did start to come away at the edges fairly quickly but with large amounts of children using them that is a common issue.App - the app was easy to download (using an ipad). It was easy to launch and to find the correct section. Our issue was that we had made the puzzle on a table and you had to hold the ipad quite high above the picture to have the ar feature work in a stable way. Too close to the puzzle and nothing happened, not high enough and the dinos flickered and kept appearing and disappearing. Once we had a stool to stand on the children made it work. The pterodactyls flew around and clicking on a dinosaur brought up information, a fact and a single question quiz. The audio auto played which was ideal for the children to listen to the information and they retained several new facts from it. They were disappointed that at least 2 dinos in the picture didn't appear in AR (the water dino - either a pleisiosaur or icthyosaur) and another I can't remember.This was fun but the app could be a bit more young child friendly considering the jigsaw picture is clearly aimed at a younger age.The children absolutely loved it though and it was a firm favourite over and over again.

My little ones love this and can't wait to get started on it!I'm saving it for a particular occasion but I've had a quick look and I'm really happy with it.The pieces are big enough for little hands to hold and manoeuvre. Bright, clear illustrations, sturdy and robust enough to handle. This looks like it will last a while too as its so well made.There is an added bonus of being able to use an app once the puzzle is made, to really bring it all to life. This is a fab feature and really different to anything I have seen!We are all looking forward to completing this and using the app. It all seems very straight forward and simple to do and my daughter and son are both equally excited.

My young daughter loves this jigsaw - the AR element makes it particularly fun.The jigsaw itself is 50 pieces of large format. It's easy to put together and the pieces are of good quality.The dinosaur design is bold and bright, and when viewed via the Amagenius AR Explorer app, the dinosaurs come to life, providing child friendly facts about each dinosaur. For the most part, it works well and provides a lot of amusement for my daughter.My daughter also has the solar system AR jigsaw, that also works via the same app. Out of the 2 jigsaws, we found the solar system jigsaw to be more responsive on the app. We sometimes have issues with the dinosaurs occasionally disappearing - we then struggle getting them to reappear.It's a fantastic jigsaw and I really love the addition of the AR features. I really hope they make more jigsaws like this!

I am so excited with this puzzle and the augmented reality technologyI had never seen augmented reality so did not really know what to expect but I was blown away by it literally the dinosaurs came to life even flying I keep finding myself watching it the app is easy to install just make sure you have a compatible deviceSo not only is this a great puzzle to keep children learning but then it’s interactive keeping them interested in it

I really like the interactive feature with this jigsaw, my grandson loves watching the dinosaurs come to life on the jigsaw, through my iPad.It was a little difficult for him to put together, the pieces are of uniform shape, so it’s easy to put them in the wrong place, odd shaped pieces are much better for young children.I’d have like to have seen a few dinosaur shaped jigsaw pieces, which would have made the fairly high price a little more appealing.The pieces are good quality, nice and thick, so won’t get bent in everyday use and the augmented reality feature is worth paying a little extra for, just not sure it quite justifies the price.

This is a good quality 50 piece cardboard jigsaw for infants. The pieces are extra large in size for more comfortable handling and easier identification. The dinosaur themed picture is great fun to work on. All of the pieces are well cut and separated. They are reasonably durable. The price of the jigsaw is inflated by the inclusion of an Augmented Reality app. The app is simple enough to use, but we would rather not have it. I feel that it is better for children to be spending more time away from screens and using their own imagination.

You use it to see facts about the dinosaurs as well as do quizzes and additional puzzles.Quite pricey for a jigsaw (£15.99 reduced from £17.99 at the time of writing) however, you are paying for the extra features included with the app.

My girl really enjoys solving puzzles and she liked this one because it is very big. She solved by herself in a couple of minutes. The app is cool too but i dont think it is really worth the price. Colourful, sturdy and durable material.
