Update to: Collar without a tag
I originally gave the item 1 star because it was missing the tag and I had not heard back from the company. After a few more days I DID hear back and the customer service was exceptional. They gave me a full refund (even though I said that wasn’t necessary because I just needed the tag) and were very kind in their communication.As I stated initially, the collars themselves are good quality, and customer service makes all the difference.Original review:I ordered two of these collars. They came in separate shipments and this one did not have the tag, which was the main reason I chose these particular collars. I contacted the company and got no response. The collar itself is nice and is seems to be good quality, but I could have purchased a plain collar anywhere.

Does not color fur that’s good
I love this product and the app was easy to use to upload my dogs information for the lost dog tag that came free and I saw a review claiming it changed the color of the fur not on either of my white dog hair necks

Beautiful Collar, But make sure you check the size !
The collar is beautiful and well-made, definitely great quality! However, the sizing seems a bit off. I ordered an XL for my dog, since her neck measures 19 inches, but when it arrived, it was way too big on her. I’m unsure whether to size down because, according to their size chart, the L is for necks 14-17 inches, which might be too small. If you're in between sizes, you might want to double-check before ordering. Otherwise, it's a great collar!

I like the collar, but the QR code fell off
I like the collar, but beware, the clasp holding the QE code is cheap and the little tab fell off. I plan on buying a tag and putting it on the collar. But if you’re buying this for the technology of the QR code and app, you might want to reinforce it somehow.
