Can this be wall mounted? Is the base wide enough for it to stand on its own?

this cannot be wall mounted. you need the bio-haz wall mount case to hold it. however the base is wide enough to stand on its own

What are the dimensions of this unit? i have a small living space...using bd 1ml tb syringes (~6" long).

10 1/2 W x 12 " H x 4" D so has more than enough room for all needles and lancets. Floor space may be a problem for some.

Can this be used for the Nucala Autoinjector?

If the Injector is shorter than 7 3/4”. Yes. You will fill it up quickly.

Is this deal for one container or a pack of 20 as labeled in the photo of the product?

For $7 it is a single container. At least it was when I last purchased it.
