Microtek Trolley for Single Tall Tubular Battery

Recieved a damaged product

I had an custom made wooden box for my invertor and battery. However, it was not built very well by the carpenter and additionally, the battery acid was eating away the base. I got this plastic trolley as a replacement for that. The quality seems to be good and the parts are pretty much a perfect fit. Please note that out of the five wheels provided, one of them is slightly shorter in height. This has to be attached in the middle of the base plate. If you attach it on one of the sides, the trolley would wobble. It makes sense to provide a low profile wheel in the centre since the base plate gets a bit dipped by the weight of the battery. The space (height) inside the trolley is adequate for one tall tubular battery. However, the width may be a bit tight. don't push it too much; the side panels might pop out (it did in my case). It is difficult to re-fit the panels with the heavy battery inside. It is OK if the battery sticks out a bit from the rear as that side is open for air circulation. I have also used the plastic covers (packing materials that came with the panels) as mat under the battery and part of the side panel, just to provide some extra protection in case battery acid leaks. Having said that, I think, the quality of the material will be able to handle minor spills. The front panel snaps in quickly, but takes effort if you want to open it. So my recommendation would be to fit it as the last step; once you have set-up the whole battery and invertor.

Hi Greetings, I am Subramaniyan; I have purchased Microtek brand the following product. This review combines for three product purchase & their service support.. 1. Microtek Trolley for Single Tall Tubular Battery 2. Microtek Luxe WiFi Inverter 1400, 12V Pure Sine Wave Remote App Control 3. Microtek Lithium-Ion Battery MLB1280060 1.Microtek Trolley: This is worst product, received with broken locking portion and some missing parts, as I need a trolley on urgently to install other items; I have repaired it myself by applying packing tape around and plastic adhesive material. This trolley is ONLY suitable for tea / coffee serving purpose, NOT suitable to hold heavy battery & UPS items. Waste of money & efforts. 2.Microtek Luxe WiFi Inverter 1400: This is works fine, the Remote App Control, NOT Working at all remotely. The first prerequisite (as confirmed technician & workshop Manager) to work this App is 4G Wifi internet connection which is nowhere mentioned in product details or in operation Manual at least. This is lack of knowledge about Wi-Fi technology Bandwidth (2.4G & 5G) and cellular technology ( 4G & 5G). This emphasis they should know about product caliber & technology and train their staff. Nevertheless till date I am unable to see/ control the Invertor remotely, There is another confusion in their operating procedure “Wifi Direct” what it means? Not explained in manual or by staff. I am not clear, they use different terminology. 3. Battery: No confusion about battery, it works fine 4. The Service technician (just fresher) who came for installation somehow managed to install the devises, not able to explain the each functionality particularity App connectivity totally no knowledge. Lodged service complain on 21st Feb 2026 and called many times over phone to Area service Manager, No proper response and no one visited or called till 25th Feb 2026 ( 5 Days), Service support is really waste. Conclusion: I have taken decision based on review which looks false and not given by actual purchaser, please think & refrain to buy some poor quality product or No service support product.
