This stuff is great! It has solved a huge problem with funnel and other spiders on the north side of our house. It is highly concentrated, so this bottle could last for me for years. It really does what it claims, including lasting for months. First a caution: if spraying a diluted mix, as I did, be sure to use PPE. I had leaks on my sleeves and my arms got wet with the stuff. I ignored it and finished the job. That evening, my arms were hot and ultra-sensitive. Not good, I am sure. The effect went away the next day, but I will be more careful on future applications. This is NOT the kind of chemicals you want to be careless with. Other items to note: It attracts mud gnats who will die sticking to what you spray this on. It looks cloudy on glass, so cleaning the windows and light fixtures might be needed after applying this product. It did not seem to affect any plant life around the house, which is good. It does have a smell when applying it, which is not too horrible and after it dries it goes away. Again, I am absolutely satisfied with this product. It was well worth every cent for us. I highly recommend it for web spider infestations.

Great product

We have been fighting roach infestation since we bought this property. Had professionals come out and they did about as good as the roach killer we bought at Tractor Supply, Atwoods and Walmart. Since we have such a bad infestation I double the recommended amount for the first treatment. WOW it made a huge dent in the population of roaches. Treated again with the proper amount of product a few days later just because I wanted to. The population is 1/10 of what it was. Will continue to spot spray when we see areas that have roaches popup. I know its not an over night fix but this stuff has been the best on visable killing of roaches.

Didn’t kill roach’s

A friend of mine who owns a pest and insect control company told me to pick this up as he uses it personally for his home and business. Save yourself hundreds of dollars of commercial treatment every year and go with this. Stops ants, spiders, beetles, termites, and most crawling insects except red ants. This bottle will last me more than 8 years if I use it even making double the quantity and concentrated. I pour 2oz instead of the .5 to 1oz per 1 gallon of water and do 3 treatments a year in April, July, and September just as a preventative with my spray backpack. I use 2 gallons mix at a time to cover around 2,800sq ft and have had no problems of pests in my house and works in less than a day. I spray 6" up and out from the outer walls for the outside barrier of the house. Safe for humans and stops the neurological functions of the pests. The best.

I purchased this with really high hopes it would work, but I was wrong. I feel like after using this around my home the amount of ticks have multiplied. I even found one in my son’s play area inside. Our dogs stay outside 24/7 so seeing the ticks in our house is nasty. I’m going crazy at this point I’m really disappointed in this product. I keep our home extremely clean btw so this is really giving me the ick.
