I love organic quinoa; it is a Healthy Superfood. I eat it alone or prepare it with many different food recipes. Very easy to prepare, taste great, is a complete plant-based protein containing all nine essential amino acids and very low glycemic. It is very reasonably priced.

Good product. I’ve tried other brands and they were pretty bitter even when I rinsed them. This one is not bad, I even got my husband who is more of a meat and potatoes guy to eat it. I do rinse it before using. I think there is still a very slight bitterness but it’s very mild.

This is my first time ordering this brand of quinoa and it’s quite delicious and flavorful. It cooks up very well after about 20 minutes and seems high quality from what I can tell. I’m severely gluten intolerant and haven’t had any issues with possible cross contamination, which was my first concern. The size of the container is also great and I’m so glad it comes in a sealed jar instead of a flimsy plastic zip close bag like some other packaging does. I’ll definitely be ordering again when I run out.
