This PETLIBRO feeder has seriously made my life so much easier. I can schedule meals right from my phone, and it’s super reliable—no more worrying if I’m running late or out of the house. My cat caught on really quickly and now runs over every time she hears it dispense food 😂The setup was easy, the app works well, and it holds a good amount of food so I don’t have to refill it constantly. I also love the sleek design—it actually looks nice in my kitchen, not bulky or cheap.If you’ve got a picky cat or a busy schedule (or both), this feeder is totally worth it!

We recently went on vacation and while we had a pet sitter feed our cat breakfast and dinner, he normally also gets an 11pm “snack” so we got this to take care of that feeding. It was very easy to set up and the app is pretty basic. Just a word of advice, the app will try to sell you a premium subscription with different amenities but it’s not needed. We set it up the week before vacation so we could ensure it was working right and the portion size was correct. It performed flawlessly and even after coming back home we’ve continued using it because it’s so convenient.

Love the personal recording feature! Does ounces or grams. Schedule option & feed on demand. Took a few days for my cat to catch on but now when she hears my voice recording and she’s in another room, she goes running! When you’re gone a couple days, much better than leaving an unlimited bowl of food for them to consume. only thing I didn’t care for was it needed to be plugged in for the Wi-Fi to work but it does have battery back up. I had to use an extension cord to keep it in my kitchen.

Then I started getting device offline notices. It would lose its connection to the app and WiFi off and on even though the connection light on the feeder was solid like it’s supposed to be. If it was offline during one of my cats feeding times it would not feed. After a couple weeks of this it went offline for good and I can not reset it. The connection light stays lit up solid and will not blink allowing me to reconnect. I tried unbinding the device from the app to reset everything but now I can’t get a blinking connection light to reconnect. So it’s not even connected on my app anymore. It’s useless now. I have to press the button on the feeder to dispense food.Edit. I fixed it and changed my stats from 2 to 5. If this happens to you I will report what I did.I unplugged it and took the batteries out. Rebooted my phone. Deleted or unsynched my feeder from the app. Then restarted the connection process. You might not need to delete your feeder from the app because if you do that you have to reschedule everything. I think it didn’t work before when unplugging because it went to backup power. Make sure you take the batteries out and wait a few minutes. Also restart your phone since that only takes minutes

I got this feeder and it seemed to be perfect for my needs; to feed an outdoor cat. It was easy to install and operated as described with my phone. My cat was not scared of it. Six hours later while I was away from home, my phone notified me that the unit was on battery power and four minutes later it was offline. When I arrived home, I found that the wildlife in my neighborhood had "ripped" it from the power source and carried the feeder off. I could not find the feeder anywhere. I live in a rural area and my house borders the woods where bear are seen often. I can only believe that a bear took it due to the feeder's size. And it wasn't stolen since my camera in the front of my house didn't pick up anyone. I didn't think the way the food was stored in the feeder that it could be smelled but evidently it can. BEWARE if purchasing for OUTDOOR use.

I have had it for a few months now. It doesn't get clogged, it connected to the wifi no issue. You can even record your voice to call your pet. My only issue for why I can't give it 5 stars is the portions are inaccurate. It pours too much. Admittedly im requesting small portions to put my cat on a diet, but its barely under the recommended daily serving and the feeder pours so much that my cat doesn't eat it all in the day. I thought maybe he wasn't well until I saw the feeder repeatedly overkill his bowl. It's not a massive amount more but its noticeable at the portions in using. I'm going to split it to 2 meals a day instead of 3 to see if it does any better. Overall good app and good auto feeder.

I’ve had for about 8 months now with no issues. The app is user friendly, you can schedule feed or feed as needed & choose the amount to feed. I keep on my screened-in-porch & has survived all of Virginias crazy seasons. Will feed my kitty for a week no problem.

So far this has worked flawlessly. Programming the feeding schedule is super easy on the app, which is nice since we had to adjust it many times until we got the right feeding schedule down. We leave our cat alone for a week at a time so it is nice to be able to rely on this project.
