It seems simple enough, the ear spray helps with wax and tinnitus. I use it with the lung spray to make the mucus go away

I don't know why my first review was rejected as it was very positive about the product.

My last order, the package arrived in tact, but when opened was wet. Each bottle (bought a 2 pack) had leaked out about 1/3 of the product.I think the product works, but what's the point if you end up receiving empty bottles?

The product arrived today. The caps were loose, package and packaging was soaked with the liquid.
