All I can say is this thing is addicting! It puts the whole body into the golf swing (like you’re supposed to). When your lower body initiates the swing and your arm drop into the slot you can feel the energy explode at the bottom of the arch as your body faces the target and arms wrap around your left shoulder. The swishing noise at the bottom of the arch is crazy cool! It made my neighbors dog bark! Tomorrow, it’s going to gym with me to supplement my golf swing routine.

Great concept and well made. You could easily do the same by just buying some rope at Home Depot and putting it together yourself. But the grip at the end of this one is interesting. I keep this in my golf bag and warm up with it before every round.

Bought it for my brother who started golfing in December. Initially he was scoring around 110 now scoring in the mid 80s just 6 months later utilizing this tool and a pad. I don’t play golf but he seems proud of that.

The build quality seems very good. I don’t see this falling apart from normal use. The grip/handle is stiff as if it’s mounted to an actual length of golf shaft. The rope is securely mounted into the grip. There is a loop of Velcro wrapped around the lower end of the rope and I don’t know what the purpose of that is. There were no instructions included in the packaging. I suppose the assumption is that if you buy a swing trainer like this, you already know what to do with it. (?) I felt the benefit right away as this item promotes a smoother acceleration through the downswing. That’s something I need to program into my swing for sure. Only drawback, if it is a drawback at all, is that I’d like the rope to have a little more weight to it. This is about 100grs lighter than my driver. I’ve used this as a regrouping tool when my game starts getting sloppy. It helps me to get smoother again when I’m getting tired and start trying too hard.

The rope is a golf training aid that you swing over your right shoulder and then swing it back over your left shoulder if you are a righty to help you feel your true swing. The rope stings both shoulders when swinging. I was expecting a more functional pain free swing aid. I would not buy this device again. I will make my own.
