Foustman's Salami Beef Artisanal

This is the best all beef salami you can find. I've been eating it for years and my entire family loves it. The flavor is exceptional and it tastes as good as any mixed meat salami. Great on sandwiches, deli trays, or just cutting off a slice or two for a snack. You can't go wrong. I searched for a long time for good all beef salami after SAGGS beef sliced salami stopped being made. After trying a few not so good brands, I came across Foustman's, which is infused with wine and smokey herb flavors. It's wonderful. I highly recommend!!!

Tastes great. Of the 3 brands I tried, this one went first. kind of pricy for the quantity though.

I was very excited to order this product. My family does not eat pork, so I am always looking for a delicious beef product to add to my gorgeous and tasty cheeseboards! While I normally do not buy food from Amazon, I thought that I would give it a shot and try this product based on reviews. This product arrived beautifully wrapped and vacuum sealed. However, unfortunately, it does not live up to the presentation. The sausage is extremely dry, tough and lacks flavor. I was very disappointed in the product and I was forced to return the items. I have learned my lesson and i will stick to ordering meats from meat distributors.

I’ve tried many kinds and Faustmans is delicious and I love that it’s all beef. I tried the spicy beef one too but this one has the perfect amount of spice. Although I regularly purchase this one sometimes I switch it up with the lamb one too. Always packaged well and same consistent quality.

Odd perfume/soap fragrance, could have been the "wine" additive not sure. Expected typical beef stick type flavor. Texture, dryness, smoke, etc were all good. Salami is vacuum packed so it should be fine unless weather around it gets too hot.
