The moment I had finished with the chapter one I was hooked up with this woke and didn't move from my place. Finished the whole book at a stretch.Everly - She's a Fighter. As much as she kept moving away from her past it came back at her. This woman is courageous enough to protect her and the way she moved away from the drama... Is very realistic for me.Declan - Everytime He told himself it was a marriage of convience he also kept telling to himself that she was his forever. The possessiveness he had on her was different and I never expected him to let her slip of him.The heat this book raised up in my heart.... Is something I would continue telling about for hours. Let me start with their push and pull... It's superb hot and the I hate you love story they share is even hotter. The hottest scene for me was plenty because I almost highlighted every single intercourse between the main leads.

This is a must read book for all those who are looking to read about a dominant man taking decisions being totally cinnamon roll for the FMC. Its really an amazing story of support, love and understanding..

This is the first book I read by the author and now I am kicking myself for not finding her sooner. I fell in love with her writing and the world she has created. It's an emotional whirlwind and I was eager to know how they would find there way. I am in love with the Hardy family.Everly and Declan are world's apart yet they cannot deny the pull they feel towards each other. They might fight every step of the way yet they stand by each other. Circumstances get them together which is a blessing in disguise.Though they were attracted to one another it took time and getting to know each other to fall in love was something I loved. Declan is an epitome of calm but Everly is the only one who can get him to loose control. I loved him and there were moments I was pulling my hair coz of him.Everly is strong and resilient, she endured things that I could not even fathom. She fought for herself and the people close to her. My heart broke for everything she had been through. I was in awe with her strength and understood her reasons but was praying for her to get the family and happiness she deserves.Their chemistry was off the charts and hot enough to melt my Kindle. I loved Declan's possessiveness and Everly's jealousy. As there were some characters whom I love they were also some whom I hated and wanted to smack on the face.This read gave me heart palptations. There were moments I was frustrated and wanted to shake them up to make them realise. By the end of the read I was emotionally drained but in a good way. I cannot wait for the rest of Hardy brothers and in the mean time I'm gonna go and read Izzy and Lillah's book.Please read the CW/TW provided by the author.

I was ready to be disappointed but however it wasn't like that. It was slow and steady relationship building.. I felt bored in the mid bcoz of the push and pull but it was only for a short timeA good one time entertainer

It's warm book with good writing and hot scenes, the topics and real and sensible , every thing is well put in a story

There was so much angst and tension in the book. Declan & Everly's life was suddenly entwined because of her fathers stipulations. While I liked them as a couple, there were so many instances that left me feeling frustrated. The only part I liked was after the 80% mark which earned this book one extra star. The best part of this book came when it was nearly ending. I wish there was more after they truly accepted their marriage.

Couldn't make head and take off the story. The story is just a mixture of sec scenes and emotions don't even look real.

The backstory was heart wrenching but the female character comes across as juvenile . Illogical placement of unnecessary sex scenes. A good plot but lost in translation

This book was EPIC! it took me entirely way to long to realize that the side characters are from another series of Shain Rose (Tarnished Empire series) mainly because it’s been a few months since I read them but it made me fall in love with the characters in this series even more! I loved every single page of this book! She writes stories that stick with you forever! The plot in here is amazing and her spicy scenes are chef kiss as always! Her MMC are to die for and the perfect book boyfriends and her FMC are your spirit animal! Ugh I can’t say it enough I love her and her stories!! I can’t wait to finish this series!

My first book from this author and couldn’t help but adore it. So much that I’m already looking forward to reading the next book from this series. It had everything I needed it: great plot, some heartbreak, arranged marriage (which has been years I didn’t read one!), an utterly obsessive, protective and loving man - seriously where can I find a Declan for me? - lots of steamy and some characters that I couldn’t help but wanting to smack in the face, hard.But whom I loved the most was Evie. She was fierce! Strong, smart, dedicated… she had her own demons from the past and after moving to Florida to escape that and trying to be closer to her estranged dad, he end up dying and leaving a absolutely ludicrous will. And that, folks, it’s how everything turn spicy, yummy and so great.Declan and Evie have a super connection and even though they were forced to be married, their true feelings were nothing but real. They both fought their feelings for each other, but it was obvious to everyone the love it existed. I enjoyed the twist that he was the one more sunshine and the one who claimed her and clearly was ready for forever. She had so much to overcome and it was refreshing how reserved she was.At some point, their story remembered me the Cinderella one, where there’s an evil stepmother and two stepsister who thought they were own everything.All in all I loved and had to much fun. Totally recommend.

Loved this book

Quiero ser sincera y decir que este libro logró atraparme hasta la mitad de la historia. Le batalle en continuar y llegar a la primera parte del libro, sentía que no pasaba nada, los protagonistas no llegaban a establecerse y sin saber lo que querían el uno del otro, en especial Everly no lograba entenderla por completo, era muy indecisa con respecto a si estar con Declan o no, no quería tener nada que ver con nadie pero aún así le hacía creer a Declan que quería estar con otra persona pero se molestaba si él mostraba interes en alguien más justo cuando Declan ya había más que dejado en claro con sus palabras y gestos que la quería a ella. Pero Everly empeñada en alejarlo cuando a Declan no le importaba lo más mínimo tener que asumir las consecuencias del pasado de Everly.Después de que el libro empezó a darme pistas de a dónde se dirigía la historia empecé y entender más el por qué actuar de Everly, conseguí engancharme con el libro. Y debo decir que lo disfruté bastante. 😊
