These are YUMMY! My 4yo and I made them together, super easy. He decided he wanted to do half of the muffins blueberry and the other half chocolate chip, so we made the batter, then poured half of it in a separate bowl and used half the amount of blueberries in one and an equal amount of chocolate chips in the other. Both are awesome! I feel like the batter base has a cinnamon taste to it, so next time we will try apples and walnuts, probably a bunch of different combinations that would be good with this. Added bonus that the recipe is vegan and I can use non dairy butter for my friend's daughter is severely allergic to dairy. My only issue was somehow I only got 11 muffins out of this... if I split it into 12 they would have been way too small for a standard muffin tin. Not sure why that happened. Anyway, still delish!

I bought this mix to make some healthy treats for a kid event. I made mini blueberry muffins, and the final product - taste, texture, quality - went beyond my expectations. I will totally be buying more of this mix and brand in the future.I tested the mix ahead of time with both frozen blueberries and fresh ones - the frozen were fine, but definitely go with fresh blueberries whenever you can. I also used vegan butter with one batch. Couldn't tell a difference in taste, still delicious.

The mix was good but a bit bland, and did not exactly mix well with fresh blueberries. Honestly, I was disappointed and only used one batch. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either.

Delicious! Got both the blueberry muffins and brownies. Made the muffins with my son on his snow day. Used frozen blueberries which are my son’s favorite. Great baking activity for children!

Best blueberyy muffin mix! My family loves them! I bake it in a mini muffin pan so we get 24 muffins instead of 12 large ones. Super easy too.

The muffin mix is very sticky and gooey, which was hard to put into the muffin pan. Once cooked the finished product didn't look very appealing. The muffins were just ok. However it is vegan/non-dairy which sometimes has it limitations for baked goods.
