I LOVE this product. I did so much research on the best monitor for the lowest budget and this one definitely takes the cake.Incredibly long battery life, excellent range, great sound quality, great picture, intuitive use of settings and buttons, remote camera tilting/zoom operation abilities.. there’s nothing else I would want my monitor to do!I was SO SAD when I dropped my monitor in a huge bowl of water doing the dishes and it broke, so I just bought a another monitoring camera and was happy that I would now have two cameras and one monitor as we are now expecting our second child! However, I was disappointed when I found that my old camera would not connect to the new monitor, even though they were the same model.I contacted customer service and they replied to me in less than 24 hours and simply sent me a new camera since it wasn’t compatible due to recent updates.I couldn’t be happier with this product or the customer service! Such a simple, easy to use, high-quality product!

I received a monitor in 2023 with my first son, when the monitor broke a few weeks ago I purchased another so I could have a working monitor and two cameras. Unfortunately I couldn’t get it to link so hello baby sent me another camera free of charge.The camera is amazing and works great. The monitor is super easy to use and I love that it is a non WiFi monitor. I love being able to talk to my son thru the monitor and the night vision is fantastic. 10/10 recommend not only for quality but for the customer service as well

The video quality is crystal clear, even at night, and the sound is super sensitive—I can hear every little noise my baby makes.One of my favorite features is the long battery life. I can go hours without having to recharge, which is a huge plus during nap times and overnight. The range is impressive too—I can move around the house freely without losing signal. I also appreciate that this monitor doesn’t rely on WiFi, so there’s no worry about internet outages or security risks.The two-way talk feature is a lifesaver when I need to soothe my baby without going into the room, and the built-in lullabies are a great touch. Setup was incredibly easy—just plug it in, and it’s ready to go.Overall, this is a fantastic baby monitor for the price. This monitor is simple, straightforward, and easy to use. We absolutely love it for keeping an eye on our sleeping baby. The picture quality is great, even in night vision mode. I like that this is not connected to Wifi. The range is still really good on it as my baby can sleep while I can take my other kid out to the bus stop. The sound quality is also good allowing us to hear her as well as talk if needed. There is the ability to connect more cameras if needed, but so far we only use the one. It actually has a lot more features than we need. As a basic monitor though, this is great for the money and a nursery must-have.

Pretty good monitor for the price. Camera quality is good, range is fine, battery life is plenty to leave it off the charger for a whole night and day.However! And I didn't see anyone mention this, but it's so SO bright. On the dimmest setting it's bright enough to see in a normal daytime room and at night it's blinding. I feel like you're mainly using a monitor when you're in your dark bedroom and would want it to be dim, but if my son coughs and triggers the monitor to come on it illuminates my room. I had to put a sticker over the "on" and charging lights because they were so bright while I'm trying to sleep.Like I have literally never turned this monitor up past the second brightness level. Why does it get so bright and why isn't there a dimmer setting?

The HelloBaby Monitor is the best one that I've owned so far, and it's perfect for watching my toddler and infant when they're asleep. I like how easy it is to use and setup, and the graphics quality works great too. It responds well to sounds coming from the cameras, and helps me stay alert for my children.I like how it has a variety of lullabies to choose from, which I use from time to time to either help my baby sleep or wake him up. The screen is large enough to see clearly, even in the dark too. The battery usually lasts me for about a day or two at most, depending on how often I'm using it during the day. Which isn't an issue for me since it works so well.Unfortunately, right before I had the product for a year the audio no longer could be heard from the monitor. But, I was able to get in contact with the company's customer service for a replacement and the service they provided was wonderful! They responded back to me quickly and was very helpful in helping me get a replacement with ease. This company knows how to treat their customers right and I'm a big fan of their product too!
