Great Mini. Geekom Best on the Market
The whole line of Geekom are the best ones to purchase. Had zero problems with going to24H2. Great USB 4 and USB gen 2.

Maybe the computer is good, but their support is not.
Poor technical support. I've had a simple issue I need help and no response from support after multiple attempts over 2 weeks.

Waste of money
Terrible junk. Won’t make it through initial start page and there is no customer support. This thing is absolute crap.

After 6 months computer does not boot up
GEEKOM Mini PC Mini IT11, Intel Core i7-11390H Mini Computers. I bought this computer 6 months ago and was hopeful it would be a good purchase; however I was wrong. The computer will no longer boot up and just gives an error message. I have tried contacting Geekom customer support but have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone. I would not recommend purchasing this product to anyone!Update 10/30/24: I have been in contact with customer support and they had me do several things to troubleshoot the computer. I'm not a computer geek so it wasn't easy! They are now supposed to be sending me a new model as this one is no longer available, if I will write a good review for them. That shouldn't be required with the warranty.Update 11/12/24: I did received a new machine to replace the old one. However, the fan is very noisy and runs constantly. I need it to be quieter! Very annoying.Update 11/25/24: I have been working with customer support on trying to fix the fan problem. They keep having me do the same thing and I keep getting the same results. Fan is still running constantly and is very noisy. I would suggest that you think twice before purchasing this item!
