Yes, a leaky, heavy lean to. Buy a tarp instead. Lighter and actually repels water and MUCH MUCH MUCH cheaper.

It looks just like the Gloryfire poncho, but it costs twice as much. What are the differences, is this one a lot better?

I can't say for sure and the Gloryfire doesn't list country of origin of the product. I have the Hazard4 Poncho Villa and I like it. Had never heard of Gloryfire until your question. The Hazard4 poncho is made in Taiwan according to the label on the Poncho. Also, the Gloryfire label in the picture looks almost identical to the label on the Hazard4. Same picture, same fonts, same setup. If I were to guess, I'd say these ponchos are both from the same Taiwan factory and rebranded for either Hazard4 or Gloryfire. A lot of the stuff on the Amazon Gloryfire pages look very much like Hazard4 stuff on their website. Can't even find a website for Gloryfire. If price IS the only difference, I'd go for the Gloryfire poncho.
