Great lock for an internal office door. Not sure how it would hold up on an exterior door. Super easy to rekey and I like that it is a 6 pin lock instead of a 5 pin. One thing I wish it had is a lockout where I could be in my office and disable entry. Right now, I have to open the battery cover and remove a battery for this to happen. Another nice idea would be a volume selection as it can be a little loud in an interior space.

We are using this digital lock for a shed in our backyard. Instead of needing to remember a key to take to unlock, we can now enter a code and have it unlock. It’s also nice that we can set a timer to lock automatically so we don’t have to worry if we locked the shed after every use. The handle can be switched for a left or right hand door and is super secure. Highly recommend for a solid digital lock.

Having used Brinks products in the past I felt confident getting this keypad door lock. And it does not disappoint. The build quality is very substantial. One thing I've always liked about Brinks is long-term durability and the fit and finish that seems to be just a bit better than their competition

The keyless access is the main reason I wanted to use this product. Being commercial grade you know it will hold up to abuse. Overall it was easy to install and program. The wires inside do seem thin so be careful while installing it. Keep in mind, since it is a commercial door handle, it does use the larger hole size for doors. The only thing I would change is to be able to use the key to unlock it and keep it unlocked. It won’t let you remove the key while it’s unlocked. There has to be power to the lock for it to remain unlocked, by using a switch on the back. Good placement for a pass through type area.

Installed product without difficulty. Put the key in to test the lock and the key could not be removed. Went to the website for the product to see if they had any suggestions as to how to get the key out and the only suggestion was to call a locksmith. So I removed it and put it back into the box and returned this product to seller.

Wanted to upgrade my standard lock knob entry. This new lock was perfect to have electronic lock and passcode without the deadbolt. Easily replaced with following the instructions provided. Peace of mind knowing the door is always locked behind entry. Worried it wouldn’t fit with the glass window but just fits in position.

You can feel the quality of this product right out of the box. It's a solid build, and when you install it by following the step-by-step instructions, there is no wiggle to worry about. In addition to the keypad, it's key accessible as seen here, but you can also disable the lock from the interior during those times you want to grant access. A great plus about this product is that you don't have to give everyone the same exact code, which can allow someone to maintain their door code while removing someone else's in the event that they no longer need access, you can switch the codes simply by following the instructions, which is great for AirBnB properties, and you're able to disable all code entry when you're away.I think one of the best features is something that isn't advertised. You won't need to get up go to a specific location to unlock the door and grant someone access, which could be all the way across town or in a different state or country.If you're concerned about someone accessing the keypad after certain hours, put it in vacation mode or pair with a camera to ensure no one attempts to play guessing games with the keypad to gain entry. By the way, speaking of guessing games, the product is backlit for night entry so no need to feel your way around the keypad.

Easy to use, works well, would buy again
