Im trying to get away from Teflon, I try to heat this pan up slowly and follow directions. EVERYTHING sticks - Im flying through tons of Olive Oil and my fish is torn up when I remove it, forget eggs - I even tried scrambling but 1/2 the eggs batch ends up stuck on the pan. Im glad I only bought two skillets.

The 2 pans are built extra "hurky". They heat evenly. I'm very pleased I bought them.

I bought this pan for my husband for Christmas after we had learned how to use stainless steel pans on social media (thanks Steel Pan Guy). It cooks beautifully when used correctly. The fact that meat sticks until it's "ready" is so helpful to know, it truly has changed how we cook. The pan feels very heavy and sturdy. I do wish that this pan was solid construction because it does have a sort of plate at the bottom (not all one piece) but it is still useful and a good intro pan. We are able to make meat and use the fond for pan sauces and it has us eating like we're at a 5 star restaurant often. It is that good. Once you know how to use it right, it is life changing.

I was replacing a magnalite Al pan for our new induction stove. dimensions are perfect: nice and deep but not too heavy! Sturdy feel to it.

This is a pretty decent pan. Does everything I need, and it is BIG. Treat it like any stainless steel pan amd it will give you years of service. The picture is when I cooked jambalaya for 10 people.

This deep frying pan holds everything you could imagine to cook wonderful meals. The construction is sturdy, the lid is tight fitting, the depth of a little over 3" was the selling point for my needs. Clean up is very easy and I would suggest hand washing as opposed to the dishwasher. I used the dishwasher and there were very few spots at the bottom which I took out using boiling water and vinegar. I was purchasing the non stick pans for many years but after a year they were ready for the garbage. I think this pan will last a lifetime. It works perfectly on my induction stove. I highly recommend.
