Can anyone advise the type of card sleeves available for Dutch Blitz?

I used Ultimate Guard Premium Soft Sleeves - Standard American Board Game Size (59x91.5mm). There's a bit of an allowance on the top, but the sides are a good fit. Really helps with maintenance for this fast-paced game (especially if you play with competitive friends)

What is the minimum number of players?

The more players the better. I would say 3 as a minimum.

Does the expansion pack have different backs to differentiate between the regular deck?

The shapes are the same, but the colors are different. This enables you to play with up to 8 people. I combine the decks and play with large groups all the time. Works great.
