You pay for what you get. My review is based on.... "in the box was high Quality material provided", however... do not rely on the half Chinese, half English Instruction single page provided if you think you can DIY. Just one page you get (1/2 Chinese with English broken translation). If you think you can install it DIY and you do not have experience installing awnings.... not the right awning for you. I found a local awning installer that had done awnings as a profession that was able to decipher the the instructions that was provided. However, when my professional awning installer arrived he assumed I payed allot more for this awning then I paid based on the quality of materials provided in the box and why I am giving this product a 4 star rating. In the end.... I am very happy with the quality of this awning for the price as I now have a great quality awning over my Master Bedroom Patio. It would have been much more expensive had I contracted a "Patio Awning Company" to install a Patio Awning they provide.
