Je suis très contente de cet achat. Cet appareil permet de tester les boissons maison comme p.ex le kéfir de fruits, des pétillants maison etc.L’utilisation est très simple, l’appareil paraît robuste.

Works well
At first I thought this didn't work as the instructions say to check reading with distilled water and view was completely blue. After a bit of research i found out its issued with wrong instructions. You need to use olive oil, and then you get the clear white and blue sections. If you use distilled water it's all blue and no reading is given. I have tried with honey and got the reading I was hoping for. Good, and probably as good as any more expensive one.
