These DURASACK heavy duty sandbags have been incredibly useful for flood protection around my property. The woven polypropylene material is noticeably thick and durable - much better quality than the cheap sandbags I've used before. The tie strings are securely attached and make it easy to seal the bags once filled. I appreciate that they come empty so I can fill them with sand or gravel as needed without dealing with heavy pre-filled bags. The bags hold up well when filled to capacity without tearing or leaking. I've had them stacked outside for a few weeks now and they're holding up great against sun and rain exposure. The UV resistance seems legitimate. They're sized perfectly for creating effective flood barriers or erosion control. The material doesn't degrade quickly like burlap bags do. Great for emergency preparedness, construction sites, or landscaping projects. Excellent value for the quality and quantity you get.
