I see the other reviews. The trick folks is to, fine hat, steam the hat and then place back on your head. Repeat as necessary.

Bought as a gift for my dad. He likes that it's flexible and adjustable and the mesh on back is nice for wearing in the summer. Because it was all folded up in the mail it took a while to get back to normal shape.
