It was extremely easy to use. No issues at all. It was a little intimidating at first but easy to get the hang of.

Hard to use , not easy !

The main parts of the corker are heavy and feel robust. Some of the details (plastic parts), though, could feel a little more solid- my ancient bottle capper is all heavy steel. That said, the plastic appears high quality. I’ll be sure to update the review if anything prematurely wears or breaks.The corker operates easily enough, but does require a little arm strength- especially if you have more than a few to cork. It may take a couple of tries to get into a groove. If you have a bunch of bottles of cider (apfelwein!) to cork, though, you’ll be a pro by the time your done.I would place this in the value category. While there may be nicer corkers, and better corks, they will easily cost several times the price point of this corker. If I could give half stars, this would be a 4.5.Note: Both the description and several other reviews mention using this to re-cork a partial bottle of wine. Please believe me when I say there are far easier options out there for this. We use the silicone one-way valves and a super-easy hand pump to vacuum out any oxygen. The wine will keep longer than just re-corking, too. There are some great reasons to purchase this corker. Re-corking a half-drank bottle of wine is not one of them!

The press works great on most wine bottles and does not require a lot of force to install corks. I found it stable when pressing corks in, as long as you exert force straight down.The only problem I found was that the metal plunger did not center on the corks and got very near the glass sides of the bottle's neck.

Hard to use, Corks would not insert straight or completely, Red plastic bottle protectors broke first time used... Basically a complete piece of junk ...spend some more money on something better

This was my first time corking bottles of wine, but it was very easy to use and worked perfectly.

We use alot of wine in our cooking and needed something to cork the bottles and this worked great. My dad told me to soak the cork for a couple of days, i don't know if that made it easier but none of the cork cracked.

The corker is easy to operate, however, the grommets protecting the glass broke after the 2nd bottle. It is a pity to downgrade an otherwise good tool's evaluation for cheep replacebe VITAL parts.

I have had this product for 5 months and today it was time to bottle a new batch of wine.Piston pushing cork into the bottle was off center and left half the cork sticking up over the rim of the bottle. Vinyl bottle grip pie es split after about 12 bottles were cooked. 4 spare pieces were installed and lasted about another 12 bottles were cooked. Unfortunately, I did not have to use this until today after ordering it last May after using my old hand corkerand deciding It was time to replace it. According to Amazon zi only had 1 month to return it. First time I have been burned ordering from Amazon!I
