Simply open the bracket up, place over handle bar and close up with the bolt provided. Finished in a subtle black and silver it will fit nicely into any bike set up. Assembled with a mix of steel and ABS plastic it is capable of harsh treatment when out cycling. COMPATIBILITY – The left hand Shimano shifter comes complete, and is suitable to work with 3 speed non index freewheels and fit all standard 22.2mm (7/8") handlebars supplied with 2m of inner cable (wires) also includes cable end to extend life of braking cable and to stop fraying. EXTRA INFO - These were used extensively on early mountain bikes therefore they are ideal for early mountain bike restorations or fitting on to modern adult or children's bike. Can be used with any triple crankset or double chainsets and suitable to work with MTB Road bike Hybrids and Kids bikes.
