BestDealUSA Touch Digitizer Screen Plastic Black Middle Frame Bezel Parts for Apple iPad 2

The item was as described. My only issues were I paid for expedited shipping and got it four days later. I'm in NC they're in CA and I ordered it early Thursday morning and received it Monday. My iPad was in pieces and I kinda needed this quickly. When I did recieve this it was bent, which was a concern from the beginning that was a reality I had to deal with. I was able to straighten it out, and they did tape a piece of cardboard to the center of it, which clearly didn't work. Had it been sandwiched between two sturdy pieces of cardboard or even some sheets of balsa wood it would of stood a better chance during delivery. Overall, I'm not mad but I wasn't thrilled either.

This screen was used to replace a broken digitizer for an iPad 2. It took about 2 hours to replace, but the end result is perfect. Some have written that the screen is not glass. I think this is due to the glass being gorila glass which is used in iPads and phones. The digitizer has a plastic feel to it, but so did the original glass, which was the original gorilla glass from apple.If I broke the screen again, I would buy this product again. No issues

Some said it was bent upon arrival. Although packaging was an envelope, mine order turned out fairly well. I did have to trim a little to make it fit well. Not perfect, worked great for the price.

Quick delivery, good price, all-round fine experience. I ordered this at the same time as a digitizer. This came when it was advertised. The digitizer did not, and when it finally did arrive, it wasn't even the part I had ordered. I guess you are happier with a good experience when it occurs right at the same time as a bad one.

This shipped in a very small package, inside it was folded up to make it fit and when I took it out and tried to unfold it very carefully, it broke. I then set it under some heavy books for a few days to help get out some of the bends however they still did not all come out. This made it very difficult to put into my iPad as it was so distorted, that it kept falling out of the groove around the edge of the iPad. Now that I finally got it in, it seems to work.

I replaced my digitizer the first time by reusing the old bezel and it never did look that good. I decided to replace the digitzer again because I didn't like how the first replacement was behaving so I purchased a new bezel to install at the same time. Made a huge difference, looks like new again.

I attempted to install mine on an I-Pad 2, I ended up needing to cut the bezel and remove ~1/8" of plastic for it to fit relatively properly. Who knows what the long term effects will be associated with my modification, but for the time being it seems to be holding in place okay. The bottom line is this needs to be an extremely precise part and this one wasn't.
