I use these often. They are very useful when working with portion control. The colors are ok. Easy to wash.

I'm starting a new weightloss journey and needed a portion control plate. Well those cost, so I went with these. I must say, I like em. I am able to microwave with it and I have enough to take a plate with me at work and my family/friends houses, when I travel. In fact, I'm bout to go use one right now, after I finish writing this! 5 stars! ;-)
