This is a very nice bookshelf. It's tiny yet holds the right amount of books maybe even good for your kindle, iPad and/or nook !! Nice and simple easy to assemble worth it !!

This is everything I wanted. A little slippy slidy on my wood desk (rolling desk) that I use to work from home. I will probably add some tacky feet, but I wanted to ensure I like it in that spot first. It helps me keep my desk organized, but my books, iPad, and tiny binder where I can see and access it easily! I also love the look!

Just as advertised, nothing fancy , & does the job. Looks cute on top of a desk. Would have given 5 stars but the assembly of the bookcase was difficult. The instructions were extremely vague and unclear. Took me about 45 mins to get the pieces facing the proper way when I've built entire desks and dressers in half the amount of time. I'd recommend this product but not without letting ppl know they should be somewhat experienced in assembling furniture/decor bought online.

The book stand is really nice looking and the perfect size for the nightstand. But look carefully at the pictures, as I did not even think of it until it was assembled. The whole thing is oriented such that any books reading left to right, as all European languages do, don't sit in an aesthetically pleasing direction, especially on the right side shelf. I think many people, would prefer to see their books laying spine-side out and front cover up. You can do this on the left side shelf, but books in that upper portion share both sides of the shelf as it comes together in a V. It's a little funny to look at. Problem can be easily solved by curating items carefully. However, this may be more difficult if you are using it also as a functional shelf to hold current reads. I admit and embrace that this review is a little OCD.

does look a tree. didn’t realize how small it is

I got this tree bookshelf for my daughter’s smaller cd collection. It’s definitely not for holding a lot of anything-books, cd’s, comic books, etc. It’s more for aesthetics in a more confined area, like on or near a desk, by the bed, in a dorm, or small apartment.The instructions were diagrams and they were easy to understand but two of the screws (Philips screw) did not have a tool included like the description says but the hex screws did have a special tool included. No biggie, I had a screwdriver at home to use. It didn’t take long to put it together, maybe 20-25 minutes but I am a more methodical person (ahem, slower).I found that having an extra set of hands was nice to have to line up the screws to their prospective holes but the dowels included were of no use to me. The dowels didn’t line up right, nor could I bridge the gap, so I took them out. I did have one of the smaller Philips screws just spin around in the hole because the hole was too big, also didn’t seem to matter but I added wood glue inside the hole with the screw so it would stay. She’s not putting anything near its weight capacity (22 lbs.) on it, so no big deal. Nor did I use the anti-tip brace.If I find any issues with this product, I will come back and edit.
