On arrival the bag the trainer was shipped in was ripped down the whole front side. I was also scared it might smell weird but it didn't. Moving on to trying it on I'm roughly 5'6 173lbs I'm not sure of my measurements but I got a medium. When clipping it I used the last clip set which was fine but I could not zip it, the zipper gets stuck at the bottom. To fix this I used the 2nd set of clips on the bottom row to try and zip it. After getting it zipped it felt nice and fits my whole torso. The last sweat band I had it did not fit my whole torso and once you get to sweaty it would roll or slide up. Overall it feels good.

Very easy to put in, just be careful zipping it up so I don’t break the zipper. The bones in the shape wear are soft so it’s not feeling like it’s digging into ur hips. Overall I rate it a 8.5/10. The quality isn’t too bad either. Rlly good for the price!!

When I first got mine it looked really nice (exactly like the picture) but when I went to put it on I struggled, like a lot. I had to call my sister to help me put the clip parts together (not sure what you would call those) and then the worst part was the zipper. I was holding my breath, sucking in, jumping up and down, and that shit wouldn't budge. I finay got it like 15 minutes later. So other than that, it works great. It just sucks trying to get it on. I ordered a size medium and I wear a shirt size small/medium.

I did struggle a lil bit, to get it on but once I did it was all good, was able to tighten to the last hook in about a week this is a large and my medium is on its way arriving today, cause this one is too big now and it doesn’t roll up on you like most of these waist belts they have out right now, so you can workout in it, run in it or do your errands and it won’t budge, go get it now!!!!💃🏽🔥

When I first took it out of the bag I thought there’s no way this will fit me, it wouldn’t even wrap around me. I forced it on and I was able to clasp it on the third hook. It was a bit of a struggle, a little suffocating but it’s an adjustment. Within 5 hours of wearing and after cardio I have dropped down to the second clasp. Bought one for myself and my daughter, we are 5’3 and 5’5 , 175 and 170 pounds, we are both wearing medium. I will be wearing this 24/7. I have a 100$ waist trainer purchased from the mall and there’s no comparison. The expensive one is way too uncomfortable, wore it once and never again. And for the price on Amazon, this is a great buy! Might even buy another one to switch off. Excited to see the long term results.

This product obviously won’t help you loose weight, it’s just a tool to use when your working out. I like using it when I work out and it helps keep my core tight (I think, or at least it keep everything compact). The thing is, when I first bought it it came without any hooks, so I had to return it. It also came beyond the time that it was expected which was annoying. Then I got a replacement. I didn’t pay extra or anything. I just returned the first one and got a new one. The new one came really fast, or at least a lot faster than the first one and I had prime at the time. Then the issue I had with this one is that after a month, I was closing the Velcro and the stitching connecting the velcro strap to the trainer kinda broke, which sucked. But it it’s still kinda attached and works the same, I just have to be more careful now. And then in the end, I lost 15 pounds and saw a smaller waist after like 2-3 months (I didn’t diet). Keep in mind that I did home workouts (growwithjo) like 4-5 times a week and this just helped me sweat more. Oh, I also don’t think it hindered my movements even tho it’s much more bulky than shape wear.

It’s decent, it sucks you in a little bit, but it is kinda bulky due to the velcro band. But it doesn’t slip and slide like other ones i’ve used, you can sit and bend and it stays in place. It was a little big, I was able to wear the tightest setting when I first got it, could’ve easily sized down but it gets the job done

Have tried every single version, maker, and design of waist trainers imaginable and could not for the life of me find one that was comfortable to wear and easy to hide under clothes like i did with this one here, this product has improved my exercise, posture, waist and belly like never before and i love wearing it.

Product was not as described. It’s a full tank top. Not unsatisfied as I can still use what they sent. But upset I didn’t get what I thought I was ordering.
