My 17yr old senior cat was losing weight, though we were told weight loss is normal for elderly cats, We noticed she wasn't eating her usual food as much. I heard of Tikki cat, I mixed it with her old food as an introduction and she DEVOURED the bowl. Everything's been good, shes gaining weight again more than anything she's eating regularly.

My senior cats love this. First time I tried once my vet recommended it.

I order this Tiki Cat Senior cat food for my 12 year old cat. He has grown pickier and pickier over the years, and though he used to love ALL tiki cat food, he can only eat the mousse types these days.I wanted to get the senior line of products since he is an aging little baby cat.Honestly, he likes it some days, and some days he just doesn't touch it. Cats. Sigh.In general, he loves the mousse out of it, but doesn't like the shreds as much. So, I keep buying it because of this, lol.

My 18 year old senior cat hasn't been eating for a while now. She will only lick the juice from the cans from most foods.I decided to try Tiki Cat Silver and no joke she eats this up. The chicken and duck pairing is her favorite. She seems happier and more energetic after just two days. Just like most humans a good meal can change a bad mood. Tiki Cat is probably my number one base foods for my cat now, adding additional nutrients and treats will definitely amp up this food and in my opinion it is worth it.

First: cat does not like it. Ignored it and looked at me as cats do, like I was trying to poison her. I hide it amongst a pate and she will leave the little pieces of shredded meat.Second: its shredded but with a lot of gravy, so figuring the cost, it seems a bit pricey. The good thing is you can order a 12 pack instead of 24.

I am missing two of these cans . there is supposed to be 12 and I only have 10

My 14yr old boy has CKD, and loves Tiki Aloha Friends, so we bought this hoping for a lower phos diet, but he refuses to eat it. Sadly, eating is more important than what he eats so we have to go with food we know he'll eat.

I purchased this because I trust the Tiki Cat brand and they have a few flavors that my cats like. I recently found and switched my two furbabies to a raw food diet that they actually consistently eat. You obviously are owned by a cat so you understand how big this achievement is, they are FINICKY! However, they turned 12 this year and I wanted to offset the high amount of protein from that diet with some senior food that was lower in phosphorous. This was not that food; upon opening the can the smell hit me as "wrong". Look it's cat food, I don't open a can and shout "YUM!" ick. But this was an even worse ick. Not an "it's gone bad" ick just a "something's not quite right" ick. I put a little on a spoon and both cats had a visceral Nope reaction. I put the rest of the food outside for my strays and caught their reaction on our deck camera - Nope. That's pretty bad. The racoons ate it though so it didn't go to waste. If my cats had liked this food I would have still had a slight complaint about the way it is packaged. It is a mix of shredded food and a sticky mousse. The mousse portion is on the bottom; it sticks to the can and makes it hard to scrape out. It would have made much more sense to put the moist, shredded portion on the bottom.

A bit pricey. Cat liked all but one flavour.

My older male cat (11yrs) is now eating 1-2 cans a day and after a month.. he is doing wonderful. I highly recommend this brand! Low phosphorus is great for them too.
