I rarely write a review on a product. I think a good product must come with a great customer service.I bought 3 shades from this seller. They are very good quality and easy to install. They look beautiful.Unfortunately, one of them have a minor issue with fabric (manufacturing error). After contacting their customer support, they asked me to provide the details of the issue. They promptly responded to my complaints and questions. After getting the information, they sent me the replacement. I received it within a week as promised.I am very very happy with the product and their customer support.Strongly recommend buying from this seller.

UPDATE: I changed my review from 3 to 5 stars solely on the fact the seller is amazingly responsive and extremely interested in pleasing the customer. They were apologetic about the outdated instructions and thankful for my feedback. Also, because I was not 100% satisfied, they offered me a generous compensation.With a trip to my local hardware store, I was able to make the small improvement needed for the plastic safety buckle using a 1/8" plastic spacer (and I even found a screw cover). I can now open and close the shade fully and smoothly. Overall pleased with this roller shade.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I ordered a 78"Wx96"H Sheer (WHITE) Roller Shade for our glass slider with overhead transom window. The quality of the solar fabric and roller construction look well made and function nicely, however, I would say the color is more toward IVORY than white. Definitely a warm white that does not match my other brighter-white shades.The included paper Installation instructions are pretty useless--especially regarding how to measure placement for CENTERING and LEVELING/SQUARING shade for OUTSIDE MOUNTING. However, the video provided above was extremely helpful (absolutely necessary, in fact) for discovering the retractability of the roller/pin end. I mounted the brackets about 2.25" past the door moldings on each side and about 3" above the top, and leveled it by unrolling the shade a bit to "square" it with the door frame before attaching the second bracket.I had to contact the seller about missing parts for the plastic clip for securing the beaded chain. The included paper instructions show a screw, spacer, and screwhead cover as the assembly parts for the "Safety Buckle" (see my attached photos). This assembly is also shown in the instructional video. The seller, while responsive, indicated that the instructions are outdated and that no parts are missing from my order. Disappointing that, for the cost of this item, I will have to make a trip to my hardware store to buy at least a spacer--which is absolutely needed to maintain the opening width while also securing the screw more tightly against the wall. Without a spacer, the opening is too small to allow the larger size "stopper" beads to pass through. As it is, my blind will only come down halfway before hanging up on the stopper bead (and, yes, I have already removed the second stopper bead).Lastly, I will review the sheerness. We purchased this blind to eliminate the suns glare on our kitchen surfaces--which had been blinding us in the mornings. The glaring effect is minimized, but not eliminated by this shade. It probably would have been smarter to get the less sheer option, but I wanted to view the scenery outside while maintaining privacy.

These were one of the best things I have for mywindows, they are great and very durable also they are very attentive when you have questions that need answering, you should definitely buy this if you need some shades!

The media could not be loaded.  I’m very pleased with the quality. Looks nice and is easy to install. Love it! Gonna order more for other rooms. The trick is you have to measure accurately and make sure to follow instructions.

This comes directly from China, so I believe they make it to order, because they gave me 24 hours to change my sizing if needed and it will take the full estimated amount of days to deliver. In the instructions they do not tell you how far apart to place the brackets, so dial in the spring loaded side of the shade and measure. I wish this version came with a hood like the pull down type. The plus side it's made with high quality, looks fantastic, rolls up and down smoothly. Much better than venetian blinds for not showing dust with a smoother up (attracting) operation. I'm extremely satisfied with this purchase.

Giving 4/5 stars only because I wish they had an option for a black pull chain on the black shade rather than bright white. The white looks a little out of place. Other than maybe giving buyers that option on custom order sizes, these shades are lovely!

I put these up in my store windows. They came exactly the right size based on my measurements. I needed something to block the light in the afternoons and these did the trick. We can still see out, but it gives some privacy from people walking by. It also dramatically reduced the temperatures in the front office!

I love the look of the blinds. Very upscale tone to them. The very best thing is when looking in from outside, you see a solid blind covering the window. Inside, it is like the blind is sheer and you can see everything outside. LOVE THIS!!! It is perfect. I will be ordering for my other windows.
