They work!
Use these on myself and other members of my brass band for nerves and performance anxiety. They absolutely help. Once you’ve learned where to put them for optimal effect they make a huge difference. We have all felt the benefit and been calm and focused enough to deliver great performances and overcome any nerves.

Clear adhesive and better instructions
Instructions not good. Where to put for specific issues. Waterproof is not true. Clear adhesive would be much better.On a good note did feel the pressure on certain points.

Perfect and discreet
These seeds are absolutely perfect for those suffering from anxiety! Just place them on your Shen men with a pair of tweezers and give them a squeeze every hour or so for a few seconds. My skin reacted to certain seeds before but not with these! I’ll definitely be ordering more when I run out!

I had a powerful effect from these tiny magnets
I looked up the recommended channels and placed the seeds on the channels, but only where there were tender points . ...IE I used them on the ear and on the body too ....They are powerful and have a good effect if properly researched and the information for the particular complaint is available . Otherwise, IT seems , and it IS just my own experience, I have no other knowledge ...just explore for wherever there are exceptionally sensitive spots, and be sure to treat all of them at one time.... is what worked best for me .
