Hills Prescription Diet t/d Canine Mini Dry Dog Food 3 Kilogram

This product was recommended to me by the vet as our cocker spaniel had bad breath, but the vet said his teeth were fine. Rather than put him under to get them cleaned he said to buy this. I have seen a massive improvement. My dogs breath is no longer stinky and he absolutely loves the food! I add around 15 bits to his wet food and he always devours it and leaves a clean bowl!

I have an elderly dog who has issues with her teeth. This product helps clean the teeth and also ensures her weight stays healthy. The cost is expensive but less than the vet charges and the bag lasts a while.

We give this dry food as treats to our three poodles at treat time each day and they love them. The kibble (if that’s what you can call it?), is quite large for a small dog being about half to three quarters of an inch in a sort of round/square shape. After a month of feeding 3 a day we have noticed a definite reduction on the tartare/discolouration on their teeth. Perhaps not quite as perfect as brushing which we don’t do regularly enough so a good alternative. Buy the smallest bag and give it a try.

Firstly it is packaged in sufficiently for delivery and secondly the pieces are far too big for a small dog. One bag wasted because the foxes got at it before I did on the doorstep and second pack inedible for my small Yorkshire terrier. The kibble is at least an inch cubed and I’m surprised dogs don’t dislocate their jaw trying to bite it. I spent hours smashing it into small pieces but even then my dog wouldn’t eat it

This product really seems to help our hound’s teeth, which are a real challenge as he won’t tolerate brushing at all. Fast delivery and no excess packaging from seller.
