Q: Can someone me to connect the keyboard to PC(win10, 64bit)? I bought a usb cable and tried to install the driver mannually online but failed :(

Q: Is there a return and refund option?

There is but very expensive. I returned this keyboard as it didn’t work, straight out of the box. It cost 32GBP to send back and I got a refund plus 4.95GBP to cover the cost of 32GBP. I could not get through to Amazon Customer Service and they didn’t publish my review. This is not like Amazon but you need to know this before ordering.

Q: Does this come with a carry bag?

No carrier bag was supplied with my piano.

Q: Does it have a record function or is there a way to record music with it?

I don’t know , but it connects to a computer so I assume you can record onto your computer - If you have doubts , I bought this for my son at uni and we have a larger more expensive version in our house , which definitely does record This is a lovely portable piece which can be put away - it has a lovely sound and it has a very good weighted keyboard , which while not quite as good as a proper piano , is a really good substitute , so it allows you to play , lighter quieter notes and heavy deep ones - My son loves his , and I like tinkering on it xx
